1950s Paul McCobb McCobb Orange & Black Credenza for Planner Group.
This exceptional early credenza was designed by the legendary Paul McCobb and produced by Planner Group. A highly refined and increasingly collectable piece from one of the great American midcentury icons. Executed in a rare solid black lacquered maple supported McCobb's signature angular tapered legs.
Original orange grasscloth on sliding doors. One 2-inch hole has been drilled in the back for cord management. The credenza has two interior adjustable shelves, one on each side.
Includes the original Planner Group manufacturer's label on the back of the piece.
Some age appropriate patina, dings, scuffs and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy.
