Executed in a perforated brass dome mounted on a white painted curved metal plate with patinated metal detail on the edge. A highly functional and sculptural flush mount of attractive scale and incomparable refinement, a quintessential example of Italian design of the midcentury era. Unmarked.
Arteluce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era, with Sarfatti their superstar. His designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors worldwide.
