Lampiatta Metal Pendant for Stilnovo
 
Founded in 1946 in Milan, Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting companies in Italy during the Midcentury era, producing iconic pieces by such luminaries as Joe Colombo, Angelo Mangiarotti, Ettore Sottsass, Gaetano Scolari, Piero Castiglioni, Bruno Gatta and others. Stilnovo was relaunched in 2019 with a commitment to faithfully re-edition its legendary designs with uncompromising attention to detail, materials and craftsmanship.
 
The 'Lampiatta' pendant lamp, originally designed in 1971 by Jonathan De Pas, Donato D’Urbino, and Paolo Lomazzi is a cheerful 70s take on the farmhouse pendant. Executed in glossy red, white, yellow, black, or green paint with a white-painted interior shade, this authorized re-edition is meticulously executed to Stilnovo's exacting standards.

Choice of colors include black, white, yellow, red, and green. Available in an 11-inch and 19.7-inch diameter. In-stock lead time can be as little as 1-2 days for certain variants. Please note that this item ships from Stilnovo's facility, so local pickup is not available. Illuminated via one medium base bulb (bulb not included). Recommended 7W (small) or 11W (large) dimmable LED bulb. IP20 rated. This lamp is UL listed. Ceiling canopy is aluminum painted black, and covers a standard 4" US junction box. (White variants have white cord and canopy). Maximum drop is 102.4 inches with fixture.
