20th Century Sergio Mazza 'Alfa' Table Lamp for Artemide.
 
Executed in nickel-plated metal with pressed textured glass shade and marble base. The very first lamp Artemide design, the iconic 'Alfa' was designed by Sergio Mazza the same year the company was founded in 1960.
 
Born in Italy in 1931, Sergio Mazza created numerous iconic designs for Artemide throughout the 1960s, from a range of lighting to fiberglass molded seating and other home furnishings which due to their limited production runs have become highly collectible with their clean lines and intuitive utility.

Each lamp accommodates 2x 60w max equivalent standard candelabra base (e12) LED bulbs (LED only, not included). Professionally rewired for US electrical with twist cloth black cord and period-style US wall plug.
