Large Studio B.B.P.R 'Polinnia' Glass and Metal Pendant c. 1964 for Artemide. Executed in nickel-colored metal and pressed glass and designed by the Milan based collective founded by Gian Luigi Banfi, Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, Enrico Peressutti and Ernesto Nathan Rogers. After World War II, the practice played an important role in the promotion of Rationalism in both architecture and design. The Studio was one of Artemide's first collaborations with consultant designers. Their incredibly refined designs have long been sought after by informed collectors of midcentury Italian lighting.

Accommodates 2x 60W equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulbs (LED only). Professionally rewired for US electrical with new cloth cord.
