How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States on full-price vintage items.

  • For all new items, standard domestic shipping rates apply.

  • For international customers, additional shipping costs will be invoiced separately.

  • If shipping to/from an international address, buyer is responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, fees and import taxes.

  • For all in stock items, local pick up is available by appointment only. We are also happy to hand off to a shipper of your choice if you’d prefer to handle the logistics.

  • White glove delivery available from a limited number of new brands for an additional fee upon request.

  • All shipments are insured through the carrier only. Two Enlighten is not liable for any shipping claims. 

  • Oversized items may require an additional shipping charge.

  • The following brands DO NOT qualify for free shipping:

    • Chapo Creation

    • Vaarnii

    • Tala ($300 bulb minimum for standalone orders, $150 minimum for bulbs purchased with lamp)

 

How long will it take for my order to ship or get to me?

  • Within the description of each item we post estimated lead-time times for in stock, out of stock, and made to order products.

  • Please note that in-stock availability is subject to change without notice.

  • For time-sensitive orders, please inquire prior to purchasing.

  • Buyer is responsible for the removal and disposal of all packing materials.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if anything has arrived damaged. Late claims cannot be honored. All our shipments are insured through the carrier only. We are not liable for any shipping claims. Please note that you must retain all original packing and packaging materials to make available for carrier inspection in order for your claim to be considered. New items that are drop shipped by the manufacturer are fully insured by the manufacturer, with most claims settled expeditiously.

  • Unless otherwise noted, all of our vintage lighting has been modified, tested, updated and/or rewired, but not UL listed, by a 3rd party vendor who can in most cases provide recommended UL listing upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.  Please note that as these are vintage electrical items they are sold as is. We do not provide any warranty nor assume any liability, implied or otherwise, for any losses, damages or injury that might arise from their use. Please consult with an electrician prior to installation.

RETURNS

​What is Two Enlighten’s return policy?

  • For vintage items only: A return for an item may be initiated within 24 hours of delivery

  • A restocking fee of 25% applies.

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received and as documented in the listing photos and description. 

  • For all items, buyer must inspect and notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery or claims may not be honored. 

  • For new, customized, and/or made to order items: All sales are final.
