How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer free carrier-insured shipping within the continental United States for full-priced orders totaling up to $5,000. For sales over $5,000 there is an additional shipping charge within the continental United Sates. We are not liable for any shipping claims. 

  • If you are outside of the continental United States, please inquire about shipping costs using the form on our contact page.

  • For certain brands and items, buyers are responsible for customs duties, import fees, tariffs, and taxes. 

  • Chapo Création pieces do not qualify for any free shipping.  In order to facilitate the most accurate shipping quote on Chapo pieces, the buyer will be invoiced directly by Chapo Création for the actual shipping cost once ordered items have been fabricated. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, fees and import taxes as well as the removal and disposal of packing materials. Please note that items must ship from Chapo Création’s workshop in France, so local pickup is not available. Shipment insured through carrier only. Two Enlighten is not liable for any claims.


How long will it take for my order to ship or get to me?

  • Within the description of each item we post estimated lead-time times for in stock, out of stock, and made to order products.

  • Please note that in-stock availability is subject to change without notice.

  • For time-sensitive orders, please inquire prior to purchasing.


What if my order arrives damaged?

  • You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if anything has arrived damaged. Late claims cannot be honored. All our shipments are insured through the carrier. We are not liable for any claims. We are happy to hand off to a shipper of your choice if you’d prefer to handle the logistics. New items that are drop shipped by the manufacturer are fully insured by the manufacturer, with most claims settled expeditiously.


​What is Two Enlighten’s return policy?

  • For vintage items only: A return for an item may be initiated within 24 hours of delivery

    • A restocking fee of 25% applies.

    • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

    • Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received and as documented in the listing photos and description.

  • For new, customized, and/or made to order items: All sales are final.  


Unless otherwise noted, all of our vintage lighting has been modified, tested, updated and/or rewired, but not UL listed, by a 3rd party vendor who can in most cases provide recommended UL listing upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.  Please note that as these are vintage electrical items they are sold as is. We do not provide any warranty nor assume any liability, implied or otherwise, for any losses, damages or injury that might arise from their use. Please consult with an electrician prior to installation.
