'Bench 168B' Upholstered by Alvar Aalto for Artek
 
 
Designed in 1945 and still produced by its original manufacturer, Artek of Finland. Generously proportioned and with all the virtues of an Aalto Bench, Bench168B is equally at home in public and private interiors. Executed in birch wood and the wide range of Vitra's fabrics, the bench can serve as standalone seating or as a bench with the Aalto Table 83. Lightweight and easy to move but still sturdy enough to withstand years of service even in heavy-use environments.
 
Price per item. Upholstered tops are available in all Vitra standard fabrics or leathers and most professional upholstery fabrics. Solid birch legs are available in three surfaces finishes – clear lacquered, black lacquered and white lacquered. Please inquire for upholstery swatches.
