Vilhelm Lauritzen 'VL 56' Pendant for Louis Poulsen

The 'VL56' Pendant was among the lamps Vilhelm Lauritzen designed for the Vega concert hall in Copenhagen in 1956. After being out of production since the 1980s, both variants of this iconic design were reintroduced by Louis Poulsen in 2023.

Executed in high luster chrome plated aluminum or polished untreated brass, the 'VL 56' pendant emits downward directed glare-free light. The radial perforation pattern around the opening creates a soft beautiful pattern of light both on the shade and on the surrounding surfaces.

Price per item. Available in chrome or brass with wet painted white interior. Please note that the brass surface is untreated. This means that the surface will change over time and develop a patina.

In-stock lead time 1-2 weeks. Out of stock lead time may add 6 weeks or more. Please inquire for time-sensitive orders.

Accommodates a single E26 maximum 40W equivalent LED bulb. Bulb not included. Recommended Tala bulbs available separately here. Ships with white canopy and 13.1' of white cloth cord. UL listed.
