The "shape of light" is the central theme of this project by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti. The duo shapes forms of glass and metal that collect, contain and diffuse light in space.
Fontana Arte is an iconic Italian lighting and design company renowned for its timeless and innovative pieces. Founded in 1932, it has consistently pushed the boundaries of lighting aesthetics and technology. Featuring works from iconic designers such as Gio Ponti, Max Ingrand, and Pietro Chiesa, the brand remains as relevant today as it was throughout the midcentury era.
Studio Buratti is the combination of the forces of Gabriele Buratti, architect and professor of interior architecture at the Faculty of Design of Politecnico of Milan (2003-2010), and Oscar Buratti, architect. The studio's works range from the architectural design of buildings and urban areas to the design of interiors, furniture, and objects.
