1950s Jacques Biny brass and perforated metal sconces for Luminalite. This pair of wall lights are executed in curved perforated brass shades on white enameled perforated metal shield backs with brass banding. A very refined and quintessentially French Midcentury design by an increasingly collectible icon of the era.

DIMENSIONS: 10.5 in. H x 13 in. W x 6 in. D

CONDITION: Good. Rewired single socket 40 w max candelabra with new backplate for US. Original enamel finish shows some areas of loss/rust as seen in photos. Brass shades have not been polished and retain original patination with some marking, losses and tarnish.

WEAR: Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Minor fading.
