Monumental 'XXL Dome' in Fiberglass for Ingo Maurer
 
From celebrated German lighting icon Ingo Maurer comes the striking ‘XXL Dome.’ With artistry, humor and technical prowess, Maurer explicitly designed lamps to “stimulate the imagination and excite the emotions.” Today his Munich workshop continues to handcraft incomparable creations true to the irreverent and thought-provoking design aesthetic of the firm’s founder.
 
The monumental  ‘XXL Dome’ is composed of fiberglass with a textured aluminum silver finish for an industrial, contemporary look. The framework is illuminated by an integrated LED which brings brilliant light from overhead. Available in four interior matte lacquer colors: fluorescent  red, orange, pink or green, the supersized pendant light is perfect for larger spaces such as lofts, large homes, restaurants, hotels, etc.

The Ingo Maurer ‘XXL Dome’ uses two 22W EEC G (A-G) energy class LEDs providing a maximum brightness of 3200 lumens, a color temperature of 3000 K, and a CRI >90. Brightness level is adjustable using a separately sold ELV dimmer (recommended dimmer: Lutron MACL-153M-WH Maestro 150-Watt). Suspended by silver cable with a maximum drop of 13 feet. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from an authorized third party vendor for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
