Vilhelm Lauritzen 'VL Studio' Wall Lamp for Louis Poulsen.
This innovative lamp is based on Lauritzen's original studio wall lamp for Radiohuset, the headquarters of the Danish Broadcasting Company, which indicated with a red or green light whether the studio was recording.
Executed in mouth blown, triple-layered opal glass and deep-drawn aluminum or brass, with a wall box in die cast aluminum or forged brass, the 'VL Studio' was re-introduced as an authorized re-edition from Louis Poulsen in 2022. It emits a warm, glare-free light with glossy opal glass radiating a pleasant glow to its surroundings. Hand-crafted with careful attention to detail from the highest quality materials in Denmark.
