Handblown in thick glass with white cord and canopy. Originally designed by Pape in the 1950s in Finland, this sculptural, symmetrical, and harmonious design consists of a beautiful, organically-shaped, mouth-blown glass shade. Its pear-like shape filters light through the softly etched glass. Known as "the round onion”, it was one of the greatest commercial successes of the times.
