'Flow' Floating Leaves Suspension Lamp for Kdln
 
The ‘Flow’ suspension light draws inspiration from the graceful dance of delicate leaves in the breeze, as imagined by designer Chris Basias for Kdln. ‘Flow’ and its companion, ‘Flow Leaf,’ highlight intricate metalwork, featuring open curves reminiscent of air gracefully bending a weightless leaf. The reflector's striking black metal finish accentuates the pearl-like silhouette of the blown glass opal diffuser, from which emanates a warm and ambient glow that casts a mood-setting illumination. The pendant light and its companion, the ‘Flow Leaf’ structure, can be combined to create striking sculptural installations. Playing with shadows and lights, ‘Flow’ reproduces the dance of nature on a windy day. 
 
Basias is the founder of the creative studio CT Lights, based in Athens, Greece. Adopting a narrative approach to design, Basias creates emotive visuals rooted in inventive craftsmanship.

The ‘Flow’ suspension light is dimmable (dimmer not included) and accommodates one 22W LED G9 bulb (bulb not included, but available here). The light option includes 70.9"of black cord and 4.9" metal canopy. Not UL Listed. UL Listing possible and recommended through authorized third-party vendor -- please inquire for details.
 
Also sold as a sculptural "leaf only" option with the same cord length and canopy as the suspension light to create sculptural installations.
