The AJ series was part of the lighting collection renowned Danish designer Arne Jacobsen created for the original SAS Royal Hotel in 1957. Today, his furniture and lighting designs are sought after by collectors worldwide. Executed in steel and zinc, the iconic shade on the AJ floor lamp emits a comfortable, downward focused light for task lighting or an interior accent. The adjustable shade is painted white inside to further soften the light. The AJ Lamp remains among Arne Jacobsen’s most well-known designs.
