Bulb Guide

color temperature
Measured in Kelvins (K), every bulb comes with a temperature. For interiors meant to be cozy or moody, choose lower Kelvins.
2000K is the yellowest, warmest light.
2700K is ideal for cozy lighting.
Anything above 3500K will provide cool white light (think office lighting)
Tala and other brands offer "dim to warm" technology with LED bulbs, meaning that the light gets "warmer" (more yellow) as the bulb dims. This is a good option for a desk light that is used for both work and mood lighting.
incandescent to led watt conversions
The amount of energy a bulb uses is measured in watts. The brightness of a bulb is measured in lumens.
Equivalent LED watts of commonly-used incandescent bulbs is in the chart above.
